LEVEL 5 MODULE
TRAINING
What it is
TRAINING staffs the loop with Owners. Mean-Time-To-Competence (MTTC) is the overlooked Golden KPI — and the training always includes real-world homework on the person's own floor.
The Level 5 Training programme runs through this module; the CAPG-funded route runs through here.
Its parts
- MTTC. Mean-Time-To-Competence — the measure of training: how long from day one to certified and confident — doing the job on your own.
- Tiered. Demonstrated-competency levels — Novice → Apprentice → Owner → Expert → Coach — and Role Complexity Tiers. Benefits are tracked in Personal and Professional KPIs.
- 4Es. A named part of the TRAINING work-up — the public definition is being finalized and will be published here.
How it interacts
TRAINING staffs every other module with Owners. Trained Owners take the cascade closer to the work-face — which is where the framework's loop turns again.
See it & hear it
The TRAINING infographic, podcast and animated video are in production; they will live on Watch & Listen.
Training
The module's own training is the Tiered programme itself: the MTTC dossier and the tiered work-ups, applied person by person, role by role — competency demonstrated, not assumed.
Test / Audit
Knowledge in this module is confirmed by test and audit inside the training — the standard is demonstrated competency, not attendance.
Certification
The path is the same in every module: Learn — the module's documents, podcast and video. Test / Audit — the knowledge is confirmed. Real-world homework — applied on your own floor, the evidence brought back. Certified in the module.
Certification itself is earned inside a Coach Cams KPIs training engagement — that is what makes it worth having.
Real-world homework
Take one person from day one toward competency: set their tier, name the demonstrated competencies they need, and track their Mean Time to Competence. Bring back the evidence.
